The Datavideo's SE-900 is a modular 8-channel SD switcher with a
feature set that may be expanded with additional modules and
accessories. The two piece unit consists of a control panel and a
19-inch rack mountable main frame that accepts any combination of
up to 8 input boards for DV, SDI, DVI,VGA, YUV, S-Video and
Composite Video. The SE-900 features a built in frame synchroniser
and TBC for each channel for flicker-free switching between all 8
inputs - in any format. Other features include PiP, 2 logo stores,
a downstream keyer for easy integration with character generator
software such as Datavideo CG-100, audio delay function and a
DV/SDI audio embedder.
The SE-900C builts with eight SDI input boards and 2-channel SDI
output in addition to the standard YUV, S-Video, Composite Video
and DV outputs. Option cards include: YUV/S-Video/CV, DV, VGA
inputs, 4-channel chromakey and external genlock.
