VA-2003, Video Image Stabilizer VA2003

The VA-2003 is a high performance digital motion stabilizer for composite video and s-Video (Y/C) signals. It stabilizes a video signal that is subject to camera jitter caused by wind or other unwanted motion.

Typical Applications:

  • Removing the unsteadiness in images obtained from security cameras mounted on high buildings, caused by strong winds.

  • Stabilizing a live filming/broadcasting image from a vehicle-mounted or hand held camera, whose quality would otherwise be impaired by vibration

FEATURES

  • Bandwidth - 2.3MHz (- 3dB) PAL.

  • Multi-Standard - NTSC & PAL.

  • Control - Front Panel and OSD (on screen display).

  • Real Time DSP Processing - The input signal is analyzed and the effects of unintended motion, perhaps due to windy conditions or vibrations from nearby heavy equipment or air conditioning units, are removed and the image is stabilized in real time, utilizing DSP processing techniques.

  • Standard 19” Rack Mount Size - 1U
