The RPT 440, Portable true-diversity Receiver System is based on a minirack(1/2x 19"/2U)accepting up to 4 ENG "slot-in type"
true-diversity receivers, mod. MCR 40 or MCR 34. The antennas of the system (one couple, for the diversity receiving) can be both whip type (mounted on the same unit, if the wireless system working
area isn?t too much binding) or "separate" type and connected with the unit trough two coax. cables (this solution allows the maximum receiving efficiency). Using separate antennas, if the attenuation
of the coax. cables is too high, due to the huge length and/or the bad cable type, the RPT 440 can also feed a couple of active antennas.
