| IDS Indie Dolly Maintenance (Replacing
Wheels and Bearings) |
| Whenever you want to change the wheels to install a
different hardness wheel or when you suspect that the bearings may
need to be replaced, here is how you do it. |

1. Remove the
Wheels with a 14mm and a 13mm tool
|
|
|
2. And the Bearing with
the tip of a screw-driver
|
|
|

After replacing the bearings, make sure that you don't forget to
put the Bearing-spacer back in between the bearings.

4. Place one
Wheel-spacer to the left of the wheel and hold it in place with the
Screw. (Don't push the screw into the wheel yet) Slide the wheel up
to make room for the second spacer to slide into the right of the
wheel. Note: The Protruding inner edge has to face the
wheel
|

5. Slide the
screw-driver in from the right side through the right spacer and
into the wheel. Try to align the three spacers and the wheel so
that the Screw can be pushed through.

6.
Put the washer and the nut back on the screw and tighten
accordingly.
