This Ultralight
accessory allows the adjustment of light output from 0-100%. Its
microprocessor controlled PWM (pulse-width modulation) circuit
minimizes power loss and is designed to be used with any Ultralight
in the field. With the push of a button, a low and a high output
setting can be pre-programmed anywhere between 0 and 100%. With
this feature, quick and exact light settings can be established
before the shot, allowing for quick light transitions without
fumbling or the need to "dial-it-in." UL-Dimmer fits any camera
with a universal 1/4-20 or standard shoe type mount. Fitting
underneath the Ultralight 2, its innovative bevel design provides
for additional 20 degree down angle of the light, while moving the
light forward to avoid lens shadows. UL Dimmer is fully compatible
with the Automatique feature standard in most Gold Mounts and has
an auto shut-off to prevent battery over-discharge. (Not for use
with UltraDAYlight head module. Use with Anton/Bauer PowerTap
only.)
