Value for Money
By Dave Hall, Davideo Multimedia, LLC on 27/04/2016

I have owned the Quad 2702 for years (LOVE IT!) and recently bought a new Cine 150 battery. The new battery would not work with my existing charger firmware. The description of the 2702 charger says "field replaceable firmware", but I could not find anywhere on the interwebs of how to actually change the firmware chip (which I had bought directly from Anton/Bauer) After a long call to Anton/Bauer support, I created my own webpage that describes the steps involved to update the chip. I hope this can help anyone who may have the same problem!
