Hi Sankari,
I was hesitant to order from outside the
US since the order said that I was responsible
for all customs tax, and there was no indication
how much that tax could be. I did not know if it
was 1% to 2% or 100% to 200%. But I decided to
take the risk, since I needed the Protech ST-7.
I had seen a video from Video Cobra about Toys R
EX3, which showcased Expandore. The video was
funny, but what I saw was that Expandore was a
real company. So I went ahead and place the
order. It was shipped out the same day. It spent
several days at customs, but it was released and
I did not have to pay any taxes. The total time
for shipping to the US was a little less than a
week. The packaged arrived and it was in perfect
condition.
