This Wednesday my DVX100 was returned from service.
All in all I am very satisfied with Expandore and you truly deserve this letter for your customer feedback page.
I thought one of the big disadvantages of ordering from a far away company like Expandore would be the limited warranty and to have to send your equipment back to Singapore for service. Though, because of very competitive prices and great customer relationship I decided to order from Expandore anyway. And I must say it was one of the best purchases I have
ever made. The whole ordering process was nothing but pleasure.
However, after some time I noticed a problem with my camera, a problem that required service by Panasonic. I quickly contacted Steven again because my warranty was about to run out. The reply from Steven goes something like this: "Relax, if your camera is defect we'll have it fixed for you, don't worry about the warranty".
Sending the camera in for service was an experience as good as the ordering process, and I could not have found better service here . Now my camera is back from Singapore and all is well.
Thanks alot for all your help Steven and the other people at Expandore!
Your company has already been, and most certainly will be highly recommended to anyone looking for quality products, great prices and most important of all, outstanding professional service.

It was a set-back for me when the audio play-back quality of the DVX-100E did not meet my expectation. I gave you a call and explained the 'problem' to which you took very seriously.
I must say that I am indeed amazed at your commitment to solve this problem for me and you indeed went all out to get it rectified
to which I must say a very big 'THANK YOU.'
Like myself you were hoping that the camera had no manufacturing defect and my fear was alleviated when I was taken care of by
Panasonics service engineer, who took my camera up to his service room and did all the necessary tests in my presence.
Glad to note that this episode has now come to an end and definitely there was no fault with the camera. It was the case of changing the audio settings and that's it.

In my dealings with you I have been very satisfied with the very professional way you have dealt with my purchase. When talking with you I was impressed with your product knowledge and your ability to calm my concerns relating to total payment before purchase.
The camera was supplied ahead of the promised delivery time and using DHL the delivery was extremely smooth and trouble free. It was probably easier, quicker and certainly very much cheaper than buying through the local camera suppliers.

Everything went smoothly and the VTR arrived within three days and is up and running. Thank you for your efficient service.
If I was to have a criticism it would be re. the surcharge on the Paypal payment system. It would have saved me a lot of time (both in you delivering the goods and me going to the bank to make the arrangements) if I could have paid by Paypal. I realise that your prices are very competitive and that to absorb the 3.5% would bring down your margins, but maybe a half way compromise would be possible.
Again this would be my only criticism as all else was very efficient.

for us it was a really tricky decision to do with You business across borders. We only know You from Your website. And from a good email-customer-relationship.
Yet what would happen if things go bad?
For the amount of money of a camcorder - it would be impossible to start legal steps against a crooked dealer. And there are, sadly, quite a few bad-ones as well.
