In the case that the illumination level of the scene changes slightly, the SSC-DC378P does not necessarily require a more costly auto iris lens because of the CCD Iris™ function. As the illumination changes the CCD Iris™ function responds by automatically reducing or increasing the exposure time of the photosensors.
