AG-DVX200 Overview:
The Panasonic AG-DVX200 4K camcorder has a large sensor of 4/3 which  offer high-end features including 4K/60p* recording, V-Log L gamma curve and 13X optical zoom. The AG-DVX200 will be optimized for 4K/HD production, and shares the esteemed VariCam family characteristics of filmic tonality and colorimetry, with natural, subtle rendering of skin flesh tones, and a V-Log curve emulating the natural grey-scale rendition of the VariCam 35. The AG-DVX200 camcorder will incorporate a newly-developed 4/3" large-format MOS sensor and offer variable frame rate recording up to 120fps in FHD mode.

The new AG-DVX200 handheld 4K camcorder will offer an array of professional features including a newly-designed Leica Dicomar 4K F2.8~F4.5 zoom lens (4K/24p: 29.5 mm ~ 384.9 mm, HD: 28 mm ~ 365.3mm, 35 mm equivalent), time-code in/out, 3G HD-SDI and HDMI 2.0 (4K) video outs, easy focus and zooming, and programmable user buttons.

The AG-DVX200’s three manual operation lens rings—13x zoom (Cam driven), focus and iris—will provide a comfortable manual control similar to an interchangeable lens camera, but without the need for actual lens changes. The AG-DVX200 zoom ring's solid feel and smooth action allow delicate ultra-slow zooming. Multi-step zoom control provides fast response and smooth zoom action, yielding the creative freedom every camera operator desires. The Panasonic AG-DVX200 zoom control on the handle enables variable speed zoom, allowing fine zoom control even for low angle shots. The AG-DVX200 also features an enhanced Image Stabilizer.

How to Fix Output on the LCD

This is not a Malfunction

In order to prevent the burn of the DVX200’s OLED viewfinder, it lights only when the eye sensor has reacted. And its LCD panel is turned off during the viewfinder is turned on.
You can fix your DVX200’s output on its LCD panel by the USER SW.

*USER SW 9-12 are displayed on the LCD panel

Note
• OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) works without a backlight; thus, it can display deep black levels and can be thinner and lighter than a liquid crystal display (LCD). In low ambient light conditions (such as a dark room), an OLED screen can achieve a higher contrast ratio than an LCD, regardless of whether the LCD uses cold cathode fluorescent lamps or an LED backlight. (Wikipedia) On the other hand, as a disadvantage of the OLED, generally as compared to the LCD, the product lifetime is shorter, it is apt to occur burn theoretically.
Therefore, the DVX200 has the specification to automatically turn off the OLED viewfinder by the eye sensor.

• Alternatively, you could also set weak sensitivity of the eye sensor.
