Hi there Edward and Steven,

 Once again Expandore has exceeded their service commitment to customers. I received my recent consignment way earlier than expected and this of course made a huge difference with the production we were busy with. Thanks Steven and Edward for your support over the years – it makes a huge difference knowing that equipment needs can be met without delay.

 For those clients who have not met some of the people at Expandore, I recommend that you try to make a trip to Singapore at least once to meet the guys and know who you are dealing with. Singapore is a great place to visit anyway and my trips there have been beneficial by getting to know Edward and Steven as well as other members of the Expandore team who all contribute to the fantastic service.

I found the service to be both efficient and effective and the only delays in taking delivery were at this end as I was away in Los Angeles. 
I was just a little surprised to get on 24 November a follow up email to my order asking for postal code as they do not have the same
significance here as say in the US, but that was not significant.
